  1. How do you sell tickets so much cheaper than the airline?
    • We have contracted airfares with various airlines on a volume basis. We sell these tickets to the public at a discounted rate. In this way the departure date could be this week or next month and the price remains the same. back to top
  2. What is considered a "last minute flight"?
    • When one travels on very short notice (within approximately 7 days), the airlines usually charge more than 5 times the amount that they would normally charge for the same airline ticket purchased 21 days away. This is where we come in. We have been specializing in this kind of "last minute" airfare since 1991.   3. Do you have a license?
    • Yes. We are licensed travel agents with a Seller of Travel (S.O.T.) license issued by the California Attorney General's Office , registration number 2027461-40. we are also licensed in the state of Washington as Registered Seller of Travel products and our Universal Business ID is 601 877 174. back to top
  4. Can I go to my travel agency and buy the same ticket?
    • No. Different agencies have different prices. We recommend you compare our prices with your agency. back to top
  5. How do I get the ticket?
    • As licensed travel agents, we do most of the work for you. Most of the time we will issue an electronic ticket. As soon as we receive your payment, we will email you an itinerary and give you a confirmation number and a ticket number which you verify later with the airlines directly. In the case of a paper ticket, we will ship it to you via Federal Express and give you a tracking number. back to top
  6. Do you have fares for children?
    • Adults and children pay the same fare for domestic tickets. However infants can travel for free on most airlines. One infant per adult and infants must sit on adult's lap. back to top
  7. Can I get frequent flyer miles?
    • Some tickets allow frequent flyer miles and others do not, depending on the airline and type of ticket. After giving us your travel information, we will be able to determine whether frequent flyer miles would apply. back to top
  8. Is the ticket refundable?
    • Unfortunately, the airlines enforce a no-refund policy beyond our control for domestic flights. In certain international flights, refunds may be allowed. Contact us with your travel information and we will be able to make the determination for you. back to top
  9. Can I change the outbound travel date?
    • Different airlines have different rules concerning this. Please contact us with your travel information and we will be able to make the determination for you. back to top
  10. Can I change the return date?
    • In some cases the return date can be changed for a fee anywhere from $0 to $250 within 30 days of the departure date. This fee is beyond our control and goes directly to the airlines. However, there are certain tickets whose return dates cannot be changed at all. Please contact us for further details. back to top
  11. How long is the ticket valid?
    • Tickets are generally valid for 30 days from the day of departure. However, in certain international flights tickets can be valid for up to 1 year. back to top
  12. Can I extend the ticket for more than 30 days?
    • No. After 30 days from departure date the ticket is invalid. It cannot be extended. If your stay extends beyond 30 days, a 1-way ticket must be purchased to return. back to top
  13. Can I get a refund if I do not use the return ticket?
    • No. Unused portions of airline ticket(s) are non-refundable. back to top
  14. Can I change the airline on my return travel?
    • No. The airline must be the same as the originally scheduled airline. back to top

  16. How do I pay?
    • We accept PayPal, Western Union, Bidpay, money orders, cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club cards. back to top
  17. If I do not have a credit card what do I do?
    • Without a credit card, you may send payment through Western Union, PayPal, or mail a money order. Of these methods, Western Union is the quickest. back to top
  18. After the reservation is made how long I can hold the reservation?
    • We advise you to make the purchase as soon as you are sure you will be traveling. However, if you are uncertain then we can hold the reservation until 5 pm the same day (Pacific Standard Time). back to top
  19. Do I get a receipt?
    • Yes. We will email a receipt that will include your itinerary and confirmation number. We will also mail a receipt at your request. back to top
  20. How do I verify the amount charged?
    • As with any purchase, we advice you call your bank at the end of the transaction and verify if the agreed amount is charged. back to top
